New post added about quit smoking..

Smoking impacts people and their lives in horrific ways. The most recent post is about a smoking related death. This loss of life served as a hard message for the rest of the family to quit. They took the brave decision to quit and saved themselves money too.

The post was pinged as well being announced on twitter.

New post about patches added

I have added a new post about patches. These were considered a safe alternative. Now, scientists are claiming that patches improve the success rate with quitting.

Pinged the change on my main blog and also twittered this change..

Here is a log of what I did.

I wrote another post and used an existing article to provide a background. I, subsequently, pinged the search engines. Twittered the news too.

The new post looked at quit smoking drugs, remedies and therapies.

Video is being watched..

I uploaded my stop smoking video on youtube some 8 hours ago and already it has been watched 137 times. That in my view just amazing.

I did not know.. Video makes such a big difference in a short time span. This experience is a revelation indeed.

I am still working on this blog of mine.

I have added telalink to both my blogs. It meant copying a snipt of code to gadget that I created in:-

1) http://quitsmoking4thjuly.blogspot.com/
2) http://quitsmokingblogjournal.blogspot.com/

I called the gadget Link exchange and copied the code in the body of the gadget. I tested both blogs and the links work. I need 48 hours for the links to become alive.

There are supposed to be 4,500 free links. So, by adding two blogs I supposed I have increased the possible number of links to my blogs.

I knew of another site that I have used in the past where one goes and announces ones site. Let me find the site URL for you http://www.heynounce.com/ There is no requirement to register but the site allows you to provide a few snipts of information which is made available to all sundary.

I have no idea what and how much benefit this site can and will have for my blogs but I have announced them both earlier this afternoon.
