Journal of all my activities 4th July.
I decided to take up Howie's challenge. So I have created a blogger blog on the quit smoking niche. My blog is title is Quit Smoking 4th July. I chose this name and the extention for two reasons. 4th July marked a new beginning for America and people who give up smoking do start affresh. The new life is rather like an independance that millions of Americans celebrate and cherish.

I wrote my first article about smoking related health problems .. and posted it
Then I googled quit smoking blogs. And add my comments to both leaving a link in both places..

I have been trying to add a e-mail capture box for the past hour or so .. no such luck so far ..
I did try to use some smoking related slided to create a video using the windows movie maker. I did not succeed so I need to spend more time on that movie maker software.
